Banned for getting a refund after being hacked Little update from my last post. To my surprised, Roblox has issued a refund for all charges and unbanned my account after I got hacked. Great, but now they banned me for repeated refund requests even though Roblox was the one that helped me with the refunds. I’m hoping they’ll unban me soon but this is so mind-numbingly stupid

Update: Refund went through! But.. My refund went through, yippee! But, I basically got a warning that said if I do this again my account’s gonna get suspended or banned. And I think that’s a really dumb move on Roblox’s part. It’s like they’re saying it’s MY fault for getting my money stolen, like..? Anyways, that’s all.

Need help got banned for fraud So I was banned for fraud which was like $100 charge which was my bank fault. I contacted my bank and they said they reversed the fraud charges and everything should be fine. I contacted Roblox support and told them the bank reversed the fraud charges and was even willing to pay Roblox or do anything. I spent thousands of dollars and a lot of time on this game. In return I get a reply saying they can’t do anything about it. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Goodbye 7 Years I’ve tried everything, I’ve appealed so many times. I explained what happen in great detail, how my bank refunded it by accident thinking it was fraud. And showing how I had numerous other payments that never got refunded. Everytime its just AI Reading the first 12 words and saying no.
