I have no idea what to do anymore So I got banned last year in October for something I did under my name and my credit card. I've contacted roblox support twice, the first time they said there's nothing they could do since they had no way to prove that I was telling the truth, and the 2nd time they said I can only appeal once.
It's has been 3 days almost 4 and roblox still haven't unbanned me, I can't tell how long roblox will fix this and I don't know to appeals to let them know. (Update: Okay nvm I figure out but they denied my appeal, which is crazy)
any help? i got banned on roblox for a year for charge back
Banned for 1 year due to chargeback; should I link a parent's account? My brother got hit by the false ban wave. He's been wondering if he should link a parent's account to see if it would lift the ban; should I do it for him? Or should I tell him to wait it out? Note: we can't do an automatic appeal, so we're wondering if linking an account would let us do that. Either way, we've already sent an appeal through the support form.
Bruh
Nah this dead crazy roblox got to fix this
apparently theres an ai banwave going around, noone knows what started it, if itll stop or if we'll get unbanned but i sadly was one of the users that got caught up yet i havent did a chargeback, just appeal and wait for a response but do NOT send multiple appeals as theres so many being sent in for this reason that theyre backed up and just sending multiple will risk you never getting a response.
i also got banned for 1 year
happened to me too! appealed 30+ times and left voicemails and they were all denied so i just gave up by january and played on my alt account
I got that shit too
same..

I've gotten banned for a year for something I didn't do Nothings worse than waking up, checking roblox and getting hit with this. I hadn't bought Robux in 2 months and used a gift card so wtf is this? They claimed it was a chargeback but I asked my mum and she didnt try to refund anything. She checked her bank account as well and there was no charge taken from roblox so why would they mistakenly ban me? I blurred out the "offensive item" because it was just a bunch of letters/ numbers. I wasn'…
Someone please help me. it says im banned for a year for a chargeback i never even issued. Im the only owner of this account and ive never used anyones card but mine. why does it say chargeback but i didnt chargeback anything?
what even is this offensive item and how can I even check it?? I haven't even made any chargebacks or refunds
@user i got banned for a year for no reason if i did get banned for any reason it was probably something stupid i did like a year ago im a changed person now i cant be getting banned for a year im gonna do bad things to myself
So this was for my roblox premium and the bank says everything went through and had no chargebacks
Banned for 1 year for chargeback?? okay so at first it said i was banned for a “unauthorized purchase” so i made another account and did the parent thing and after that now its still says im ban for a year and now the reason why is a “chargeback” like how can it just change like that does anyone know how long it will take to get a response to my appeal and if i will get unbanned before a year??
Back in 2023 I had this same similar thing happened. 200+ appeals later, and nothings happened. I Never made any charges on there at the time, and yet roblox moderation is too stupid to realize.
I haven't bought robux for over a year what the hell is happening? And even when I bought, it was all through my own card. I hope one brave individual takes legal action against that pathetic scummy company, actually ridiculous that it's one of the most played games on the planet and they have moderation that compares to that of a black market website.
Yesterday i got banned for a year for “chargeback” @user fix it bro please😭
awwe yeah baby's first ban wave. this is the first ban wave ive ever been apart of this is wild. can i get an applause or smth
