My account got banned for refunding but I’ve never refunded anything?? My account from like 2018 got banned for “repeated refund requests” but I’ve never done any of that. I have 7k robux on the account and I’ve never tried to refund any of it or dispute charges, especially cause most of it is gift cards from family and friends. This came so out of the blue! What do I do?
Roblox support staff genuinely hates their consumers On August 29th, my account got banned for fraud. Now this was a mistake made by their AI banning tools because it was a family mistake. I filled out a support form on the first day of the ban and waited patiently for a reply. They replied in over a month later, and their AI generated reply shot me down entirely, saying there wasn’t any proof so they can’t reinstate me. I tried filing a BBB complaint but once again they shot me down by not e…
So @user banned my account due a bug with there payment and billing system. Despite the ban being solely Roblox’s fault i got my appeal denied 3 times. Full story below ⬇️ Feel free to tag anyone that might be interested in the situation
Google mistook a ticket and refunded me a robux purchase on which I had already spent all the robux. Anyone got tips on what to do? I had recently had a purchase issue when I was purchasing roblox premium, in which the puchase didn't go through but I was still charged for it and I had opened a ticket with google for this issue with my premium subscription. Later on the same day I bought 880 robux in which no issue had occured. I wake up today to an email from google in which they've mistakingl…
Account Hacked, Robux taken asked for refund got banned. My account was hacked last week and all they took was my last remaining robux (265 robux) and all my pets in grow a garden thats all they took. Ive been talking to roblox support since it happened and they havent assisted me once they spam me with the same email reply "we are unable to assist you further" when ive sent everything to them via picture. Really confused as to why im being banned appealing for a unauthorized purchase.
what can i do is this a permanent ban or not
Perma Ban After Reporting Fraudulent Charges TL;DR: My account was hacked, around $400 in Robux was spent without my consent. Roblox refunded it all but then permanently banned me for “repeated refund requests” and “fraudulent activity.” I think it might be an automated mistake? My account was hacked, and someone made several back to back Robux purchases in one night, then spent everything on game passes across tons of accounts. They also wiped my progress in Pet [username] and Grow a Garden (that…
Roblox Payment Refund My bank mistakenly refunded some robux as fraudulent. I’ve sent Roblox 2 appeals and they keep telling me about this “billing specialist” that’s supposed to email me after 10 days. The first time no one emailed me at all, now they are telling me the same thing. Is there anything else I can do?
@user @user Roblox has still not replied too 3 Requests for an appeal, 2 Phone calls about my termination. I requested for a refund for a double charge of robux currency, and they terminated my account for it. I need help and I need a response.
Will my account be unlocked after this? I received this different message after my account was banned
Banned account What's that mean. Is my account deleted forever or i can have my account back with a good reason.
Why the fuck was my alt terminated for this?? I have spent 0 robux on my alt?? @user #ROBLOX @user
disputed charge ban, any tips? hi, so gonna provide quick context a couple minutes ago, my friend got hit with a disputed charge ban, i know this is one of the worst terminations to get hit with because from what ive seen they do not go back on it however, what i am noticing (which is pretty odd), the date was 8/15 at 7:06AM CT he was at my house during this time and i can confirm that he was not awake, so im wondering if this is some sort of bug? either way, are there any tips? i see bans li…
Roblox banned me for buying robux So I tried to buy some robux using the Xsolla thingy to buy some UGC emotes to showoff to my friends. When I tried to finish the payment, a weird verification page appeared, it said something about that they were going to make a 2 USD payment to my card to verify and that I should enter the amount charged to my account, idk if it has appeared to somebody else, anyways I checked my account and didn't find the charge, and the "enter the amount" thing was written…
Can someone please explain
account terminated for fraudulent activity so this happened a few days ago and ive emailed the support and roblox about 4 times with proof that i didnt dispute any charges and that i didnt even recieve a refund, theyve emailed me back with the same ai generated response with a new name every time, they dont acknowledge anything besides the face that it was denied, ive seen like 10+ people here with the same issue and i have no clue what to do.
I'm really confused... All I did was request a refund for my Roblox Premium on that given date as I couldn't afford it and I get this. Anyone know how this came about?
