It’s over 😭 I hate Roblox, I had the twitter bird and og builder clubs hats on this account. At least I don’t have to deal with this platform now that it’s probably going to be ruined anyway 🥀
Help, my Roblox account was banned after payment issue Hello everyone, I really need your advice. My Roblox account was suddenly banned after I made a payment. I used Kaspi to buy Robux, but I forgot to enable online payments at first. After fixing it, the payment went through, I received the Robux, and just a few seconds later my account was permanently banned. The reason says “unauthorized payments,” but I never tried to cheat or break the rules. It was only a mistake with my bank settings.…

this is so crazy 😭 I was terminated by a fault made by XSolla???? this has happened to multiple people too and from my search, they can either take a few minutes up to TEN WHOLE DAYS TO REPLY????? what is this moderation brother #roblox @user
Is this ban common? It was a premium auto renew that got cancelled by my card holder This ban happens to me every once in a while when I pay with my card.
My acc got falsely terminated I tried purchasing robux on my acc, failed multiple times even though i did everything correct. So I restarted roblox, only to see that my acc got terminated, i appealed like 4 different times, all times they said they would get in touch with me, but right below their email, was another attached thing where it was an ai saying, my accs status is in connection to robloxs anti cheat detection, Idk what to do cuz I clearly didn't do any cheat things, idk what I did t…
Will moderation give me my account back? so i guess after me and my girlfriend broke up she tried to get a refund on the robux i bought with her card (i had full permission btw) and i got terminated. will roblox give me my account back or is it a no go?
Roblox terminated me for charges not made by me on my account? So basically the story is that one day my discord and my bank card was stolen. I managed to get my discord back and i changed cards but someone bought 300+ dollars of robux on MY account and my bank refunded it and roblox terminated ME. I put in two appeals and they denied both of them and i explained thoroughly but they just wont give me my account back. Any Ideas? This is my childhood account with all my progress on it ive spent…
Got banned for unauthorised charges. Give me tips on how I can appeal for my account properly. As you already seen here, my account was terminated for unauthorised charges. The crime: Repeated refund requests. I swear to myself that I don't demand refunds unless it's considered necessary and I mostly don't regret buying most of my gamepasses with Robux. Apparently, someone has framed me of trying to use my account to refund the money I bought there, even though I didn't want to refund anyways.…
Hello i need some help and feedback Hello i wanted to come on here just to know some information about these chargeback bans. Im in a iffy situation where my account is currently banned for a chargeback. So how this all starts is in early june my pc was hacked and a hacker gained access to everything i own. Bank accounts / emails / game accounts, ect The hacker did login to roblox for a set period of time and spent some money on my mothers credit card. And other the credit card was also att…
Chat am I cooked? My account I've had since 2008 was hacked and they bought $170 worth of robux and spent it all. So of course I did a chargeback on it and they terminated my account. I sent in an appeal 8 minutes after it was terminated on July 4th and haven't heard back at all besides automated messages. I've also filed a separate support ticket stating I requested an appeal and haven't heard back.
Got notified of another termination notice regarding my account after Roblox issued two other termination notices beforehand. (UPDATE 3) Well guys, it's time for another update. I guess the third time is the charm. We got another termination notice from Roblox. This time, an unauthorized charge regarding a purchase that was made the same day my account got compromised (July 1st). To give a brief explanation onto what happened, I unfortunately fell for a phishing link that somehow managed to b…
My cousin's account got terminated which has also affected me. My cousin's account got terminated for this reason, first thing is how should i go about for making the email to get his account unterminated, also my account was terminated on the 19th at 1am for " child exploitation" with a reason not provided, i would like to mention that our accounts share the same email which is why i think it may have affected me.
Is this appealable? I just want my acc back Just came from work today to see this. I have already submitted an appeal and hope I get my account back. About a week ago I bought robux on a catalogue game and spent it through that catalogue game but that night I had 2 charges for 500 robux on top of the 1000 I bought myself that I did not do.(the Robux whoever was on my account bought was now gone and some of the Robux I had saved up) So I refunded these charges through my bank and thought it wou…
Got my Roblox account terminated over $15 in refunds I didn’t even make… I’m devastated. I’m honestly heartbroken right now. I’ve had my Roblox account for years — I’ve put so much time, effort, and a lot of money into it over the years. I’m talking hundreds if not thousands of dollars spent on in-game items, avatar clothes, collectibles — everything. Recently, I made a few small Robux purchases using a family member’s card (with their permission). But they’re elderly and didn’t recognize the…
Terminated due to Bank Mistake Hello, I recently got hit with a Roblox termination that is wrongful/misunderstood/mistaken. On 6/25/25, I called my bank about FaceBook purchases going through my account, which was not me. While on the phone with my bank, they asked me what was my last verified purchase on my account, I said "$5.40 ROBLOX on 6/25/25 - a few minutes prior to the call to my bank", they was told to not refund any Roblox purchases because it was me, the billing account holder who a…
I got this atleast two days ago. I’m worried I might not get my account back I never made purchases either with a credit card.
My roblox account got terminated now roblox support is ignoring me!!! I bought robux recently (2300) and right after the purchase, my account got terminated for “repeated refund requests” The thing is.. I didnt request any refunds!! The refund happened automatically through Xsolla im pretty sure, and i found out after the ban. I didnt even have time to ask for a refund before the ban hit. I sent 2 appeals already, but Roblox support has completely ignored me. Its been almost a week, and i fe…
False banned BRO i just got on Roblox after not playing in a while and i come back to being terminated i never request any type of refund whatsoever.
Termination Just trying to buy my kid roblox, and it asked for a verification charge on my credit card. 16 cents. Literally 16 cents. Support is zero help. I'm just devastated for my kid as she had so much progress in her games.
My Roblox account got terminated for repeating messages to the Roblox support page. I was recently trying to get my account back and I did eventually, I also lost about 150$ worth of Robux that I also got back. But the thing is that they kept sending me a lot of emails that take me back to the support page. Then I kept replying and replying till I got the right email from support.
I’ve just got ban for a year, can someone please help me with trying to get my account back or try to reduce the ban? I’ve spent over 1000$ on that account and had it since 2022.
My friend got terminated for buying robux for me and my friend for some reason This happened after he bought me and another friend robux so we can buy matching outfits and for some reason I don't know what repeated refund requests mean becuase he said he never refunded anything
What??? I haven't bought any robux since like 3 months ago, so I was caught off guard when my termination message just said I was banned for refund requests. I never requested any refunds. If anyone knows why or how to get my account back, it'd be really helpful!
