In the terms and conditions Roblox literally said if your on an iPhone go to apple for refunds but when i do i get banned for it?????

i literally bought roblox ONCE this year, not even in November using a gift card. The mods are wrong and they denied my appeal. I literally spent money on roblox and they’re punishing me for it. Are you kidding me? I’m a longterm player bad I used to use HUNDREDS of dollars on fun games. What do I do now? This is unbelievable.

I was b@nned for unauthorized charges. I was b@nned for unauthorized charges after cancelling my premium on November 19th, I only have a few days left to appeal and they’ve declined it. I’ve shows many proof, i’ve even tried calling them, and I don’t know what to do anymore. I know their system is bots, so I don’t know how I could get in contact with a real human.

Roblox extending my 1 year ban for no reason

@user legit banning my account for six months because I asked for a refund on a 499 Robux purchase is legit insane for this company to ban my account and now my six-year-old son has to pay for it too and cannot access. Roblox is crazy.

Roblox refund issue In 2022 my brother purchased Robuxs using my card on my account. When i realised this I refunding the payment straight away thinking nothing was going to come of it. 5 days later i wake up and I’m permanently banned. I’ve tried to appeal numerous times that now when i try they just tell me they won’t change their decision. ( I’m only here because I’ve seen people get 6 months to 1 year for refunds and i don’t think its fair at all)

Help! My brother's account's been banned. His premium was cancelled and refunded this morning, but the weird thing is; we didn't do this. Neither did he (he's 7.) But we have no idea why this happened. He's been banned a few times before, but this is the longest one yet.

Banned for a year for something I didn’t do. I randomly got an email from xsolla saying I was refunded for a premium purchase I made last month. Didn’t think anything of it until I opened roblox and was banned. I’m not sure why they randomly refunded that?
