Best way to clear up a refund ban So long story short, my mom had refunded a purchase with her bank (im assuming she forgot she paid for it) and i had a talk with her (but this isnt the first time) is there a best way to resolve this??? An appeal Roblox will actually read through and cooperate and not give a automated response? 😭
Chargeback Ban I was banned for "fraudulent charges", anyone know how to appeal to this? for context: My acc was compromised, with them using the saved card to purchase mass amounts of robux and using that robux to purchase items in games, which I suspect they traded to their alt through in game trades. @user I got banned (itsgloguy) for fraudulent activity, My last purchase was with a mastercard gift card, and the fault could've lied within the gift card due to the fact I did NOT request a refund at all. i really hope i can get my account back I had so much stuff :(

Literally devastated because Roblox just banned our 2018 account, that had over 1400$ spent on it so far, someone has logged onto our account and bought 2 bundles of 5250 Robux worth 299.99 zloty each, we appealed for it and got it refunded, and it got us banned. @user
its absolutely crazy that someone can hack into your Roblox account, buy €119.99 of Robux, and YOUR account gets banned when you contact support. 10 year old account btw @user @user
